the setup of the company share register isn't conducive of a takeover with many of the steel companies (from Korea/Japan/Indonesia) all holding sizeable stakes. I don't think any of 'em would forgo their portion of the coal to each other. Wonder who is doin the selling? oh yea that's right traders/banks cancelling their positions.
