Predictably being forgotten about, this slide will be as significant as it already is chronic.
This is nothing that a non binding MOU will fix, especially with the first droplet of gas being 5+ years away from delivery or monetisation.
if anything we will need to raise funds for the next round of activities (if it comes) which will dilute holdings in any event.
