    If my forecast (19/01) of EPS 10.3c. Divs 8.5c ffr = 11.83%gross yield comes through... then even at today's higher SP of $1.11 the gr yield will amount to 10.95%. That's not bad in a deflationary environment. Anyone buying? Biggest drawback is low liquidity.
