so now we have come to an end of the CR and SPP mania....
So, we had approx. 200m shares pre SPP.... and now we have around 330m.... plus options of course...
so one way to look at it...So what it means for us.....let's say there is a bit out and someone is willing to give us hard and fast cash of 500m for the entire company...
pre Covid I would have received 2.5 per share....now I will need to settle for 1.5 per share...so approx. 40% dilution of my holdings....specially given I was given a change of 22k shares....
As much as I am happy we have cash to take this company forward now and desperate that Covid results come positive..... but under no circumstances this should hide the fact that management has done a dire job in creating any SH value.....
