I understand your angst but without that CR, there would not be any offer at all!
better to get $1.50 than nothing
But on the brighter side:
we have THREE Phase 3 trials FULLY FUNDED and if any one is positive, your $1.50 will, in the words of The Castle's Kerrigan family, be met with the words "Tell 'em their dreaming"!
I think that if one trial is successful we will be thinking much much higher than $1.50 per share
