Market sentiment is so bad I wouldn't expect much to happen if a new deal dropped tomorrow. This isnt a DXB problem, this is a 'the economy is stuffed everywhere' problem. I don't think there will be much green until the US markets stop freaking out and dragging everyone down with it.
