Yeah I get it and it’s frustrating plus you’re right, charting will certainly not predict what’s in announcements however the PA (price action) and volumes will always be a fairly reliable indication of where things are heading in the absence of news.
IMO, unless you’ve just had a recent CR, the entire BIO sector is always in fear of a CR announcement. Managements will raise capital when they can rather than when they need to. But if the company is adding SH value via its CR then nothing to worry about.
However that’s up to the funnymentalists to worry about, charting the PA is enough for me as it’s so much easier.
