where is that stated in the info of the SPP?
all I see is "which will allow existing eligible shareholders to each apply".
The inference is kinda there, but confirmation would be great and I am hoping it is the case.
Co's that close the eligibility to participate date on the day of the SPP announcement rewards the current faithful holders and I give utter full respect to them (it prevents the day traders and newbies from joining in the play).
