It depends Who is Selling and Why?
I am buying anything near 30c atm. Some holders are selling.
If you look at the turnover in the last month you'll see others are buying too.
Broker data is telling. If they're buying then I am too.
Same as before the last run.
Before the Buying comes the Selling paints the picture,
