Unless you have evidence to suggest that then it's purely an opinion. Manipulation in markets is not even close to as rampant as is suggested by HC punters trying to find someone to blame for poor price performance. When this is ready to run it will, we're up 400% the past 6 months though so you can't just call manipulation because prices aren't rising daily.
