its manipulation because DXB is quite advanced in phase 3 and still at petty 150M$ MC with 35M$ cash. just have look at PAA phase 1 and already valued more than DXB how do you explain that. 400% yes but that because dumb substantial holder sold out and dragged the SP to 6c. this should have never gone below 15c if it wasnt for manipulation this would have been 60c by now
