Important to remember that DMX-200 has been given orphan drug status by the FDA. This means that the Phase 3 trial is many times smaller in scale than a "normal" phase 3 trial, so correspondingly less costly. In addition, the company can start negotiating a commercial deal the US before Phase 3 trial is complete if interim results are positive (no reason they shouldn't be).
