    Not IMHO

    Look back at past trading- a single day dump
    This happens every now and then when someone dumps big time to cause panic ( whilst they then buy back at a lower price)
    It was down by 2 cents before the auction
    In the auction there was no major dump- that was all done in the prior hour
    If there was a leaky ship the dump would have accelerated during the auction and dropped even further
    We need to be patient as there is about 9 months of this until the trial result. Cheers
