I'm not questioning the worth of DXB...i never have...I'm questioning the decisions made with respect to financing
We are all acutely aware that the raising at 0.006 was a debacle
My question is why do they always wait until the sp is on its knees before acting?....They were aware all along capital would be needed..why not do it when the sp was at 20c?
Now if they come out with a decent cap raise price, I will be the first to step up and say I got it wrong ...I would love to be
