This is wild speculation based on nothing factual but one can dream...
Non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer fully underwritten by Big Pharma Company A.
Big Pharma Company A gets $10m worth of shares and another $10m is offered to existing SH on a pro rata basis. If existing SH don't take up the offer, other existing SH can oversubcribe, and if that fails then Big Pharma takes up the slack and we raise a total of $20m. Everyone gets a free option for every new share issued.
BOOM!
Probably more favourable than a licensing deal for all parties involved.
We haven't heard much about what Hugh Alsop has been up to since joining the team and whilst this scenario is wild speculation - it is possible.
