It is highly likely that DXB will be included in ASX300 with market cap approaching $300M in June DOW rebalance. We need US and China licensing deals to be finalised before that so that DXB had adequate money to support ACTION-3 trails all the way until commercialisation, stop further diluation and also support preliminary trials on DXB700
This is critical as once you're included in ASX300 and 200, shortening of shares becomes legal and it will attract a lot more institutions who will buy and lend share for shorting, particularly shares that do not have any revenue and high MC
