I wouldn't buy into it too much in terms of ratio, I think it's more about actual price action/volume. It's easy for a big player to put (for example) 20 million buy units at .001c that will never get hit just to make the buyers have a higher ratio. Conversely, if you owned a bucket load of these shares, would you really be loading them up from 2.2c to 2.5c? Surely you would want to distribute your sales without showing your cards to the market and putting in millions of sale orders from 2.2c to 2.5c which would 'spook' buyers away... whilst they keep picking up shares in the 1.9c to 2.1c range. Welcome to the world of "fair" trading.
