Re Melbourne DC - for clarity: please be mindful that the company is still incurring expenditure, even though they (rightfully so, in my opinion) have decided to put development of that site on hold, and hence focus colocation efforts and resources to Sydney. The company is unfortunately still liable to pay ~1m p.a. to lease the property. I believe they are working hard to find ways to exit the lease.
