The options are a leverage play. More exposure for less money but sitting on a time bomb. If the share price is above the exercise price you can exercise the right to pay 2 cents per option to be issued a new share. Hence.more issued shares but cash in bank from exercise. So the NTA would increase so I would expect minimal dillution and allow for further expansion
