DXS Buyback + Guidance

So, what's DXS done for me lately?

First there's the announced share buy back of "up to 5% of DXS shares on issue," which could effectively place a floor under the sp, or at the very least provide strong sp support, begun here...

Bottom line takeaways: "5.50-6.0% growth in FFO per security," But let's be honest, it's about the divvie, with the yield now hovering around 6%. Not good enough? Guidance is, "growth in ditribution per security of 5.5-6.0% for the 12 months ending 30 June 2016."
