Condisoil will never happen except possibly with the materials already created in Malaysia. NO WAY the KAL ops will be shipping anything to Malaysian Big Palm Oil.
However, they have built very large kieserite drying ponds, or so they are labeled in photos I have seen. That is MgSO4-H2O likely from MgO neutralization but just guessing; even without palm tree waste, kieserite is an excellent fertilizer for Australian requirements! Mg has been washed out of much of the arable land.
Coincidentally, as I pointed out on the Understanding Dy Criticality thread, magnesium sulfate has been investigated as a lixiviant option to ammonia sulfate for the desorption of HREEs from ionic clays!
Maybe "Fertilizer/HREE Lixiviant ready for sale!" is just a year away.
