Batteries are not all that sensitive to time. They are very sensitive to charge rate. total discharge rate ( Both generate heat more so for charging) Total charge Level and total discharge level. So if you keep charge between 20 % and 80 % and charge and discharges slow so only low heat build up. Batteries will last several times longer than you say. Abuse them and they will last less than you say. You are probably right as far as an average.
