And not before time .

New deal looks a bit better ,but why, oh why do you have to make it so complicated and non transparent Richard.

Just do a deal and get the cash without all the crap .



The question now is if Springtree dump what they have been accumulating ,or hold them .

One thing we know ,is they dont have any scruples ,and certainly dont give a stuff about you , me or DYE.

This whole episode has been a fiasco ,and I am not totally convinced it is all over just yet.

The new deal certainly doesnt encourage the new fund ,Bergen to buy on market.
