And when I say exactly, I mean they share management, they share former spring tree staff including staff who were part of ST during the initiation of the original finance agreement, they work in exactly the same office of the same bloody building in NY. How bout 92% discount only on vwap if it is over 95cents, otherwise a 130% price for all other tranches. Would like to see any insto sell on market for a loss every month if they hold shares at 130% of the last months price...
