Actually I think the "plus licensing revenues" is of more interest to DYE shareholders than the figure of $20M. The other numbers and dates are probably a bit meaningless too - no doubt massaged to meet the grant criteria.
The good news as far as I'm concerned is there'll soon be 20+ people working on a pilot production line.
