    We wish to advise that the Company intends to offer to shareholders a 1 - 3 issue of fully paid ordinary shares at a price of 2c each.Attached to each share applied for will be an option to acquire a fully paid ordinary share at a price of 10c, expiring 31 December
    2004. The issue will raise approximately $5.7 million.
