I'll maintain my patience. You see, like all of us, I bought hoping to make a quid, but I also understood the risk with this company, as far as the technology went (ie a new concept to a LVAD). So I went ahead knowing it wasnt going to hatch miracles overnight, and knowing I would have to put them in the bottom drawer for a couple or few years...thing is now, I should have to transfer them to a safe somewhere, as I will buy a stack more if they continue to decend. (Cant wait to get my tax refund this year) I will agree with those out there that VCR should make a couple of adjustments to the salary package for Crosby. They ought to stick to basic salary and profit-share on results only. But I wouldn't sack him... just bring him into line.
