I'm not adding to a losing position - I bought at .08 (.004) sold half at 30c (.015), because I needed some cash for something else... then re-bought a chunk today today at 26.5c
If it does test 18c I'll still be in the green on this one, but to your broader question, I'm investing in U in general and this is one of my picks... planning to hold all or most until 2020+
