We had a wave 1 breakout in Oct 16 and a wave 3 completion mid Jan 17. We've now had 5 waves down, with the 5th wave being the biggest by far. The SP is now lower than the wave 1 breakout. That can't be good. I need to see a stable base line before I'll recommit capital.
