dyl - extemely undervalued

Since the March 2011 Japanese tsunami and the subsequent Fukishima incident, the DYL share price has been smashed down from 38 cents in February 2011 to the current level of 14 cents. The DYL share price had already been decimated from the high of early 70 cent level that existed mid-way through 2007 pre GFC.

However, with the significant interest returning to the uranium sector and the string of recent corporate transactions, DYL is positioned very well to enjoy enormous upside from these extremely low levels.

Based on the recent Kalahari Resources transaction for 43% of Extract (EXT) and on a look through basis only for the resources announced at Omahola alone (JORC Resource) would give DYL a value of approximatley 20-25 cents for the Omahola project alone.

Adding the other RUN Uranium resources announced (which are continung to be drilled out) could add another potential 35-40 cents, providing a value of 55-65 cents alone just for the Namibian Uranium tenements.

This is not including the very near term Shiyela Iron Ore Project which has a potential value higher than the Omahola Project value (based on gross project numbers the Shiyela Project could be worth upwards of 20 cents per share).

Therefore, it is quite easy to assign a value of close to 75 to 85 cents simply for the DYL Namibian Projects, not taking into acount the incredible Uranium tenement package DYL has in Australia.

For my mind, it would be reasonable to expect a takeover price from a potential suitor of between 80 cents and $1.00 (based on current RUN projects without any value assigned to future asset growth nor any of the excellent Australian assets).

Only a matter of time until DYL starts on its northern trajectory....
