I saw JB on Crux Investor a few months back. When questioned about prices rising for takeover targets, he said something along the lines of "well, ours will go up as well, so it's not an issue". That is, in relative terms, it would be roughly the same.
Now I wonder what he'd be looking for, and if it doesn't come (an announcement has been due 'soon' for a while), I would only suspect that it is a company whose value has risen faster than that of DYL. Considering the focus on diversifying geographically, what could it be? AGE? VMY? Does anyone have any idea?
