big players with deep pockets are taking a position - we had that confirmed via high volume days - now they manipulate deep share price with deep pull backs to shake any new comers out of their positions.
The swings up and down are only going to get larger imo as there are likely to be no new share issues any time soon with the company well funded for day to day operations.
also suspect that Sprott still selling down so they can act as lead underwriter to any significant share issues required to fund DYL into production - the relationship between RR and JB still very strong imo
above is all guesswork on my part of course
