So long as PDN and DYL remain unpurchased by Dattells & co they must be an interesting (good value) proposition for the Chinese. If the Chinese are weighing up a Namibian u3o8 acquisition and have a choice of EXT (pretty pumped) vs the PDN & DYL combo, the latter may still look attractive. If Dattells buys in at some point it will soon all look pretty costly from a Chinese perspective ... imho .. either way, it will all be good
