What's curious about this baby is the extent it tracks PDN, almost as if it held PDN rather than the other way around. DYL needs to find a way to break the correlation (that's assuming there is any will on the part of management/board to do so) and that requires it to lay out a development proposal/scoping study or something and get cracking on it. I don't really care if the upside is shared with PDN, I'd just love to see some indication of independent thought on adding value for DYL shareholders. No sign of that yet. Its run like it's a bowling club but Borshoff is the only member who gets the cheap drinks.
