What is important is that if they have a good resource, it doesnt help to let the not so savvy be able to see what they are buying into, or, maybe the company doesnt mind if the traders pick her up and dump her for 2 cents.
I know that as a holder of the shares you mentioned, the company were really concerned that the shareholders understood what they had and they were interested in looking after them as investors.
