No I don’t think it can only do 1%. I think it will fluctuate, but trend towards under 1%. Having said that I could be surprised by new tech new policies that permit it to grow in excess of 1.5% average.
Where I do think we need to boost population, and I mind if it grew 50% or 100% over the next two years, is in the north and northwest of the continent. I think it is imperative that we deliver a base population there that permits us better defend our turf.
It is the closest part to the massive Asia market yet the only thing we appear to be doing is dumping dirt or pumping gas into a bulk carrier and sending it on its way.
