the distinct difference you rightly draw between a compliant resource and an exploration target is a valid generalization, but in a hot sector like what lihum is in, the line of demarcation between the two can be quite dotted. This is why we have end users of resources signing on that dotted line at the earlier stages. It's occurring right across the battery sector, not just with lithium.
Good traders are aware that not all is so black and white. They have to think more like entrepreneurs and not engineers.
