As a shareholder I am disapointed DXL directors have recommended acceptance of this offer. I feel offer is very opportunistic and fails to deliver sufficient value for DXL shareholders.
IPL wait until their shares run up to $150 (very close to their all time high) before making an offer. Where were they 3 months ago when their share price was sub $100.
