Well, it's true. If you do your own research, you'll have an idea about what you have invested in or about to invest in.

Don't be too concerned about the share price. Because Price is what you pay, and Value is what you get. Did Buffet say that?  So understand what value you are buying (or have bought) and make somes intelligent decisions from there.

The shares coming out of escrow have always been on the books, so it's kind of irrelevant.  It may make the stock more liquid, hence more trading, and the price may fluctuate. But go back to your value based decision.

The real concern is the additional shares for execs that are not linked to any kind of performance targets. That's regrettable. I can only assume PVDM is more of an academic, than he is a business man, which may explain why he let this go through. The execs should not take advantage of poor PVDM. All you can do is adjust your value, and review your value based decision in this case.

The share market is a zero sum game. For every seller, there is an equal and opposite buyer of BRN.  All they are doing is flipping ownership.  If a sellers wants to sell low, they will, it doesn't matter how many shares are listed, what matters is the size of the parcel of shares being sold and at what price that matters, that's the market. Just go back to your intelligent value based decision.
