A couple of months ago I decided to do some further research and make some calls. As I could see shareholders were already having no luck contacting JB. I rang ALS Global directly and was informed that AH and TD had already received the assay results on the 26th October 2018. Then I chased up TD who informed me that shortly after he had received them he forwarded them on to JB. He also was kind enough to double check as it was such a long time ago.
So why JB, let the share price crash into the ground instead of releasing the assay results?
JB have you read CAD's coorporate governance, especially the part about acting in the interest of shareholders. It's on Caeneus' Website.
Maybe if the share price was a couple of cents on the back of a positive announcement, maybe... you wouldn't have 9,753 shareholders with unmarketable parcel shares?
