After a five minute conversation with ECT today I think the jury is still out that last point.. .
Asked a simple question today - if NLC /NMDC wake up tomorrow and decide that Coldry is not for them, what are the repercussions with no fixed funding /terms agreed ?
- answer from ECT.. There are currently no repercussions and no termination clauses because we are still negotiating the details, these things take time.
My statement - sounds like you have an understanding to go forward with negotiations (MOU), where's the binding agreement portion come into play ?
-answer from ECT.. Call it what you want we called it a binding agreement
If anyone can shed some light on why its Binding agreement I would really appreciate the info - read the Ann a few times got me stumped ?!?
