Chris, same can be said about many binding agreements. As I'm sure you would know signing is still pretty much in good faith a lot of the time in business. ECT is not in a position to be making demands for penalty clauses at this stage of the game.

The important thing to me is the fast tracking of Matmor in sync with Coldry - building an integrated plant. This is very positive and IMO explains why we probably don't have a debt facility available yet. They'll need to do the FS on the integrated plant before anyone is going to fund the project. If we were just building a Coldry plant I'd say we'd have the finance done and dusted. We might have to wait a few more months, but I'd say it is going to be worth the wait.
