Interesting Quarterly report,
But not in the way you think. It is interesting because the HotCopper community have entirely, totally, 100%, missed the point.
As I write this at 1:30 pm Monday, after the ASX quarterly report we have 28 odd posts. A few make good observations, but most are way off.
Listen guys:
- In Oct 2018, we started an 11,000-meter drill campaign.
- Based on this 11,000 we announced in March 2019 a 50,000-meter new drill campaign. (Yes you read correctly 50,000m). This is a lot, especially for a conservative company like Alkane. I mean a real lot.
- Then this 50,000 was quietly increased a further 10,000 meters to a total of 60,000. (A total of 10,000m has been reported to date out of 60,000).
- NOW we have announced a NEW 50,000 meters going forward. Hence let me do the maths, a total all up of 121,000 meters.
Why oh why would Alkane announce a FURTHER 50,000 meters? Is it perhaps that we have the tiger by the tail?
