Why is everyone bitching?

As birdman cited in his post the company is pleased with the increase in sales from 12 months back. And why shouldn't they? They've increased by a whopping $30,000 in one year and this in my opinion can be directly attributed to the increase in sales staff.

So the strategy is working as Blastoff has succinctly pointed out in his recent post.

Hire half a dozen highly professional and motivated people, pay them about ten times more than they are worth then wallow in the fact that they have brought in an additional 30g's in 12 months and ignore the fact you are paying them 100 grand each.

It is one thing to try to put a positive spin on things, but this is stretching it even for this mob.
