Don't trust them with important comms. I know I normally used to select only partial comms, and now my wife also.
However, as an example of what can go wrong- Inevergot an option expiry notice from them via email.....I searched all the folders etc.....ramg them after the event, and was stonewalled by their unhelpful staff !
Cost me a few grand pretty quick which then built! Never missed an options exercise accidentally before, particularly one that was so much in the money...... normally you seem to get a couple of good reminders in the mail.
