I totally agree Moon.
The tax itself could need to be small enough so to not make cash look attractive.
Cash of course is on the way out and banks are preparing for and expecting a cashless society in the not too distant future.
What I have always appreciated about the transaction tax is all dollars electronically entering and exiting the country could be taxed (crypto too?) and dollars shifted around for the purposes of tax benefits gets captured also.
