to have EPA aproval
the aproval specifically states that anything over
50 000 tonnes will need to be sent to public review for assessment
it also does not give them the right to sell the product but to spread back across the lake as it is for demonstration purposes only
going to need a bit of magic to keep that dream alive
this is a two three year process
at least RWD tell the truth
