hi mate, I’ve mentioned it before. e-Lōvu happened when Noël Pugh put 2 and 2 together at Mednax and realised that HeraCARE could be billed under the same CPT codes as Mend was using. As she sat in a position that had optics over all that stuff she was able to work out how things might look if approached from a different angle. Santosh is the medical brains behind it which gives weight when they are in discussions etc.

Essentially, HeraCARE is a platform with a variety of unused ports. Mend and some others dial in and provide info around maternal health, HeraCARE spits out some deductions based on the data sets that they keep adding to. e-Lōvu is completely dependent on HeraCARE, as in 100% dependent. For every patient signed up under e-Lōvu there is 1 corresponding license and HeraBEAT device sold from HMD.

e-Lōvu has secured some assistance from March of Dimes and this will directly result in improved uptake of their services which therefore has a delta of 1 for HMD uptake, that is to say… 1 patient under e-Lōvu = 1 license from HMD.

having sat in on 3 investor calls with the e-Lōvu kids I am amazed and disappointed at HMD’s own rollout…

dunno mate… all still a bit pie in the sky but Santosh and Noël are definitely on the move…
