Beeptool does not have any capacity to send any data to be relayed by the satellites. Beeptool uses connections provided by proper telcos with proper infrastructure that can send data to be relayed by the satellites. It is how internet and telecommunication works in general....So beeptool is not going to be the one using the satellite and instead it would be the telcos. So how can beeptool claim that they would pay 30mill??? It makes absolutely no sense. Besides the 3ds only do periodic flyover so we would end up with devices being dead most of the time and only briefly on some of the time. It just doesnt make sense. Sat phone relay calls via satellite but there need to be a telco to relay the signals.
