    Even if they do have the money they still have no business paying SAS. This is why I gave the analogy that whatsapp does not pay a mobile communication tower operator to get their app working in Australia.

    They pay their ISP, as does Beeptool. Whatsapp pay for it. Everyone who uses the WWW pays for it, to use server & network infrastructure that they don't own and maintain. Whatsapp may one day also pay SAS to use their infrastructure if they want to reach the same users that beeptool will. No-one’s ISP has access to SAS infrastructure.


    So what is the claimed 6 million payment for? What is it for? I think it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I think there is a massive logical blackhole that needs to be addressed.

    Access to bandwidth on a private satellite network.
